Most of the time when they say that, it usually just code for "Something has gone seriously wrong with our servers, and our slow, incompetent staff hired on loyalty to our Principles and other Nepotism BS is working as fast as they can to fix it!" I love the site, but the Nepotism hires and other incompetence absolutely ridiculous. Even DeviantArt doesn't do this kinda shit.
