If you have screenshots or proof of unlocking, you can always send the screenshots to the devs/programmers and they can manually unlock bugged medals for you :)

unfortunately the game doesnt appear to have a medals menu and i dont feel like recording myself doing all of that stuff again to show that the medals wont show up again ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
EDIT: turns out i was wrong about the medals menu, but it only shows the ones i unlocked 2 days ago and not from yesterday
